Stuffed Jalapeños

This recipe is super easy and doesn’t have any cooking or much effort at all.
What you will need is a couple of large pickled jalapeños and for about every five or so of them you will need a ripe banana, a ripe cling peach and a handful of grated Gouda cheese. Take your food processor out and dust it off, you’re about to find out the reason you bought it in the first place.
1. Take the banana and remove the peel (just in case, thought I’d remind you) chop up and throw into the food processor.
2. Take the cling peach, chop up and throw into the food processor (remember to not throw the pip in as you can break your poor machine)
3. Throw in the handful of Gouda and put the lid on the food processor and push the button (which ever speed you prefer) and make sure everything is thoroughly mixed together.
4. Cut the tips off the jalapeños and make sure there is no vinegar inside of them.
5. Spoon the mixture from your blender (make sure it is switched off first) into the jalapeños and serve to your eagerly awaiting guests.

If you like you can use different fruits or cheese. I like to use these though because compared to the jalapeño they have a very ‘soft’ taste. You don’t want to add any strong spices or herbs to the mixture, the strongest taste should come from the Jalapeño and the fruit should balance the taste.
