Ingredients:
1 x tin of
chickpeas or 1 x cup of cooked chickpeas (they don’t have to be peeled)
½ x juice
from the tin of chickpeas or ½ a cup of the water they were cooked in
2 x
tablespoons of tahini
1/3 x
teaspoon of fresh chopped garlic
1 x
tablespoon of lemon juice
1 x
tablespoon of soy sauce
½ x
teaspoon of salt
Place all
ingredients in a blender and blend until you have the desired consistency.
