Sugar free, flourless yummy cookies


I just made these easy sugar free, flourless cookies that I have to share.

Ingredients:
2 x Large bananas
1 x Cup of plain oats
½ x Cup dried cranberries
¼ x cup salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 180 / 350 degrees

Chop up bananas and put in blender until they form a smooth paste. Throw in other ingredients and mix well.

On a non stick baking tray, scoop the mixture out into 8 evenly sized cookies. Place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Leave to cool and enjoy the most amazing and healthy cookies imaginable!
