Olive and feta loaf



Dry ingredients

4 x cups of flour
10grams bread yeast
¼ cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of salt

Additional Ingredients

70grams chopped green olives
1 cup of cubed feta cheese

Wet Ingredients

½ cup warm milk
½ cup warm water
3 eggs


  • Mix dry ingredients very well together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the feta and olives and mix will.
  • Create a well in the center of your mix in which you add the eggs, warm milk and warm water.
  • Mix all the ingredients very thoroughly together. Scoop mixture evenly into a non-stick loaf pan, and leave to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Place in a preheated oven of 160 degrees Celsius / 320 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 for or until golden brown and ready. Test by piercing the centre of the loaf with a baking skewer, if it comes off clean then your loaf is ready.
  • Serve with butter.
